Our Team

Christian Brauner, with 30 years’ experience in business and a successful former athlete, is the epitome of a subject area nomad: sports, mathematics, software engineering, scrum, organizational psychology, management coaching.

Oliver Rothfuß has been with Detego from the beginning, and has earned his spurs in a variety of different projects – from change projects to HR tools and management coaching. He throws himself into every new consultation and travel adventure with an open mind.

Ralf Seidel is our strategic, creative thinker and a designer of change interventions. His strengths also include one-on-one conversations and the faith that there is always a way and that potential reveals itself.

Alexander Kobs. Although it’s not writing books on yoga or DJing for charitable projects, his job at Detego is just as exciting – all sorts of assistance and special jobs land on his desk and are promptly dealt with.

Felix Evers brings together technology, games and fun – combining digital and analog in workshops, change communication and for Detego. When he’s not working for clients, he is usually visiting Hamburg concert venues.

Morten Lange encourages people to set out on the path of transition with their organization. With his personal wealth of experience, a lot of heart and pragmatic approaches he creates a moving collaboration.

He loves to be in nature and enjoys cooking, not only for his colleagues.

Martina Kobs-Metzger is the second half in the back office. Mathematics, creative cooking and her openness to new technologies shape her personality.

Are there unsolvable things to solve? She is the right one!

Strategic Partnerships

Heike B. Fillhardt accompanies people in change and development processes. With her diverse training, approaches and humor, she brings lightness and clarity to complex and seemingly difficult situations.

She loves jazz, classical music and rock and whenever she can, she discovers the surrounding nature.

Brigitte Lütt guides complex change processes and their owners with great care and enthusiasm. If you need a pioneering, experienced hand in change design and operational implementation, you’ve found the right person in her.

Bettina Kahlau supports people, teams and organizations in positioning themselves for the future. After successful positions at PWC and IBM as well as a variety of training and further education, she is now following her calling:

She is about transformation (not just change), about meaning and fulfillment (not just higher, faster, further), about orientation and doing (not just clarity and courage) and about innovation (not just inspiration).

She loves long walks on the beach with her dog, horses, yoga and meditation.
